the david Collection chooses exformatics ECM
Copenhagen's art Museum The David Collection has chosen Exformatics ECM to handle all cases including documents and other information regarding art exhibitions and artifacts.
The David Collection will benefit from Exformatics in order to ensure complete overview of activities and tasks as well as boosting the registration and searchability of documents, notes, e-mails etc.
One of the features of the Exformatics solution, based on the SharePoint platform for information management from Microsoft, will be a CRM solution for registration of e.g. art dealers, artifacts as well as activity management for planning and coordination of the services at the museum, e.g. art exhibits, guided tours, seminars etc.
The Exformatics solution will integrate to the existing database at the David Collection.
